By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

The Platform is designed to facilitate direct interactions between Clients (male users seeking bookings) and Models (female users offering engagements) without intermediaries. Eligibility is restricted to individuals who meet our requirements and accept these Terms. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to use our services in your jurisdiction.

2. User Responsibilities

2.1 Account Registration: All users must provide accurate, current, and verifiable information during registration. Falsifying identity, payment details, or any other information is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

2.2 Prohibited Conduct: Users must adhere to the following rules:

• Clients must interact with Models respectfully and professionally. Harassment, coercion, threats, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
• Users must not bypass the Platform to arrange transactions or communications outside the system (e.g., via social media, direct payments).
• Fraudulent activities, including chargebacks or false payment claims, are grounds for permanent account termination.

3. Booking & Payments

3.1 Booking Process:

• Bookings are subject to Model approval. If a Model declines a request, the Client’s payment will be refunded as Platform wallet credit.
• Confirmed bookings are binding and cannot be modified or canceled.

3.2 Payments:

• Clients must submit valid proof of payment (e.g., transaction screenshot, reference ID) for verification.
• The Platform does not process payments directly and is not liable for disputes arising from third-party payment processors.
• All transactions are final unless a Model rejects the booking.

3.3 Refunds & Withdrawals: Wallet credits are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to external bank accounts. No cash withdrawals are permitted.

4. Liability & Disclaimers

4.1 Platform Role: pakistancallgirls.com operates solely as a booking facilitator. We do not endorse, guarantee, or supervise engagements between users. Any interactions beyond the Platform are at users’ own risk.

4.2 No Guarantees:

• Models retain full discretion to accept or decline bookings.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted Platform access and are not liable for service outages, maintenance, or technical issues.

4.3 Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for damages (direct, indirect, or consequential) arising from Platform use, including but not limited to user disputes, fraudulent activities, or unauthorized transactions.

5. Account Termination

5.1 User-Requested Termination: To delete your account, submit a request via our Contact Form . All associated data will be permanently removed upon verification.

5.2 Platform-Initiated Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, including:

• Fraud, harassment, or illegal activities.
• Circumventing Platform policies or fees.
• Any conduct we deem harmful to other users or our business.

6. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date." Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the changes. Users are responsible for reviewing the Terms regularly.
